Mathematical Logic and Probability

As drafts of chapters of this book become available, I will post them here. From time to time, a particular chapter may be undergoing such extensive work that I take it down for a while. In any case, any comments on the work are eagerly invited.

At the time of this writing on September 6, I hope to have Chapter 8 available in the coming week, and Chapter 7 the week after.
